On 8th November 2025, the FEFDY Curriculum team successfully conducted an educator development session at JMJ Modern Matriculation School, Kurinjipadi, as part of FEFDY’s ongoing mission to empower teachers through innovative learning solutions. The session aimed to strengthen educators’ understanding of FEFDY’s unique curriculum framework and equip them with modern, child-centered teaching approaches. It featured a blend of discussions, demonstrations, and activity-based learning that made the experience both engaging and impactful. Teachers explored key areas such as curriculum vision and structure, educational philosophies, and age-appropriate pedagogical methods. Practical segments included lesson planning, phonics implementation, and activity-based strategies for enhancing literacy, numeracy, and science concepts. The team also emphasized motor skill development through interactive exercises and creative classroom techniques, ensuring holistic growth for young learners. The participating teachers and school leadership expressed strong appreciation for the session’s practical value.
